Design London Industry and Public Sector Education

In addition to delivering academic programmes for the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London, Design London works with industry and institutional partners who seek to transform the skills of their managers and senior executives.

Our goal is to develop the next generation of business innovators and designer entrepreneurs who can act as change agents in the organisations they join, or the new ventures they set up. We can help institutions spot how design-led innovation can transform business performance as well as seize new-found design opportunities to transform your competitive position, drive growth, deliver enhanced profitability and create a better chance for long-term sustainability.

Along with designing teaching modules, workshops and studio visits, Design London provides the opportunity for senior executives from organisations to meet leading UK designers and innovators. We have access to leading thinkers from both the Royal College of Art as well as Imperial College Business School and Imperial College's Faculty of Engineering. Organisations can learn from a combination of lectures, case studies and short, intensive workshop activities how not only to enhance their capabilities in the latest fields of service and systems design, but how to ensure that they are harnessing the fundamental power of design from learning how to effectively manage design projects to aligning brand and enterprise strategy to customer experience, user-centred design and design-led innovation.
